Pick-up and Delivery Laundry Service

$3.49/lb. (minimum 10 pounds)

Our signature 2-day service with pick-up and delivery to your door included. We pick up your bagged laundry from your doorstep and— like magic— two days later, your clean, fluffed, and folded laundry is delivered back to your door.

Please have your to-be-washed clothes in a clearly marked plastic bag on your doorstep or porch before 8am on day of pick-up. Pick-up and delivery are done Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your clean clothes and linens will be delivered by 8pm on the next delivery day.

Add-ons

  • Stain Removal $1/garment

If your laundry needs a little more loving care, let us help. Clearly separate items that need stain removal service and we will do our best to make them look like new. Our hands-on attention means that if we can get it out, we will!

*As all stains are unique in their nature and timing, we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. Please call us to discuss if you have any concerns.

  • Hot water wash $2/load

  • Scent booster $1/load

  • Unscented laundry detergent $2/load

  • Fabric softener $1/load

  • Ironing $5/standard garment, $10/oversize item

  • Clothing is washed in cold water and tumble dried on low-medium heat, unless otherwise selected in “add-ons”.

  • Loads can only consist of items that can be done in a standard washer and dryer.

  • Your laundry loads are never mixed with any other orders. Please indicate clearly any new clothes or clothes that bleed dye.

  • Laundry is weighed before washing. Once weighed a picture will be sent to you to show you weight before we begin. Clothes are weighed while dry. All weights will be rounded up to the next pound.

  • Price per pound includes pick-up and delivery in St. Catharines and Burlington only. Surrounding areas will be charged an extra $.75/lb,

  • If your items are not out by the scheduled time frame in the designated then you will be charged for missed pick up fee of $10.00.

  • If you are in a building and we require to be allowed in we will contact you with a window in which pick and delivery will be done so that you are available to let us in.

  • We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Your laundry MUST be safe from bed bugs, fleas, roaches, tar, rubber and biohazardous material. Your laundry MUST be sanitary: no feces, urine, blood or vomit. Thank you!
